I don't like to lose sleep, but sometimes you have to in order to capture the images you want. This particular photograph from Pedernales Falls State Park in the Texas Hill Country was taken from the hours of 2am to 5am. I set up my camera and let it continuously take photos, hoping to capture the shooting stars of the Leonid Meteor Shower from November 17th. This final picture is a composite of the meteors that rained down in the early hours of that cold morning.
